Secretary Desk

    This Secretary Desk is handmade of solid cherry and is custom made with inspiration from 18th century furniture examples from the Queen Anne and Chippendale periods.  Details for this Slant Front Desk and Bookcase include: Ogee bracket feet, hand shaped moldings, custom designed interior to accommodate a laptop computer, I Pad, I Phone etc. while still having a traditional look. The desk has a total of 8 fully hand cut dovetailed drawers along with 4 secret compartments.  The bookcase top has two, six paned hand blown glass doors with traditional hand cut muntins and mullions,  along with a nicely shaped crown molding.  This Secretary Desk has details inspired by 18th century Desk and Bookcase examples from Newport, Rhode Island and other New England Areas .
