Our hardwood cutting boards are made of various hardwoods including: walnut, cherry, mahogany, tiger maple, birds eye maple, and hard maple.  We use all natural food safe oil for a finish.  These cutting boards are made for two sided use, cut on one side serve on the other. We usually have a variety of cutting boards in stock. We try not to have any waste in our shop, all small pieces of left over hardwood from our furniture is used in our cutting boards.
